General Membership Requirements

Any person who shares our values, mission, and principles; and holds a baccalaureate degree, or its international equivalent in accounting or finance-related majors; or holds an equivalent professional certification in an accounting or a finance-related field or shall be a practicing professional in the field of accounting or business finance.

Rights

Vote on any and all matters put forth for a membership vote at the national and local levels, except for the election of the Associate Member Board Representative or the Student Member Board Representative.

Initiate or support the nomination of any qualified member to any position on the national or local Board of Directors except the Associate Member Board Representative or the Student Member Board Representative.

Run for election to any national or chapter position on the Board of Directors or its Committees except that of the Associate Member Board Representative or the Student Member Board Representative.
